Shaping the future through Crowe’s Internal Audit team

Crowe’s Internal Audit team has a growing reputation and exciting plans to shape the future growth and development of the practice. We are looking for talented people to join our team.

Roseanna O’Hanlon, Internal Audit partner, outlines the team’s success, “Our Internal Audit practice has been a real success story in recent times. Over the past two years, we have worked successfully with a number of government departments, state bodies and high-profile not-for-profit organisations, delivering a wide-range of internal audit services and 2020 is looking like it is set to be a further year of growth for our team.

We have refreshed and renewed our approach to planning and delivering our work to ensure that we continue to address the ever-increasing focus on good governance for our public-sector clients, and the shifting regulatory landscape for clients in the not-for-profit sector.

We are expanding the scope of our audit work to address strategic, operational, financial and compliance risks, as well as covering both traditional assurance and value-adding advisory activity, so that we keep offering a responsive, tailored service aligned with best professional practice. We are embracing technology in how we deliver our work, with increasing use of data analytics. For the year ahead we also have exciting plans to develop the work we do in some other sectors such as financial services, construction and aircraft leasing.

We are committed to attracting the very best people to power the next phase of our practice’s growth. So, if you have internal audit experience, whether in Ireland or abroad, Crowe’s Internal Audit team has a current vacancy for an associate director role.

If you are a bright, ambitious person who wants to join a growing practice and build a great career, then Crowe is a great fit for you.”
