Education sector

We have considerable experience in the review and development of strategic plans within the education sector. The education sector in Ireland continues to face challenges including issues in relation to funding, changing governance legislation, new government policies and changing demographics, all of which require organisations operating in the education sector to adapt quickly and accordingly.

 

We have carried out strategic reviews and developed strategic plans for individual primary and secondary schools, national educational representative bodies as well as specific sub-sectors of the education system.

 

We are also involved in the enterprise education programme through the Local Enterprise Office in Dublin City. The programme provides support to second level students working on entrepreneurial projects and business skills.

 

At third level, we have worked with a number of European universities in mainland Europe and Scandinavia. The universities have been partners on various EU-funded projects in tourism, creative industries and renewable energy.
