Crowe welcomed over 150 guests to our Building Business Value breakfast seminar yesterday to hear leadership insights from some of Ireland’s most respected business leaders.
Huge thanks to our wonderful panel:
- Joe Doyle, Donnybrook Fair
- Anne Heraty, CPL
- Bernie Kinsella, Wheels Couriers & WorldBox
- Feargal Mooney, Hostelworld
- Philip Reynolds, C&D Petfoods
Thanks also to all our guests who attended and provided such wonderful feedback. A very lively and frank panel discussion was moderated by journalist Tom McEnaney.
Each of the panel shared insights about growing and scaling Irish SMEs, the challenges they faced and the importance of having a singular focus and a strong team around them. They were frank about the mistakes they made along the way and the key learnings from those. The session closed with each of the panel offering advice for the business owners in the audience.
A full summary of the panel discussion will be available next week.
