Crowe Ireland announce their 2019 charity partners

 

Crowe’s CSR mission statement is to “Create opportunities for our staff to make a difference to communities locally and nationally”, and with the range of fundraising and volunteering activities undertaken by partners and staff in 2018 (and recent years), we are certainly trying to live up to that goal.

 

2018 saw Crowe staff complete an extremely successful CSR programme. The firm raised over €10,000 for the Irish Cancer Society (in conjunction with UCD RFC), €10,000 for Depaul and €600 for Epilepsy Ireland (among others).

 

Staff also volunteered at a local Depaul emergency accommodation centre, for the National Council for the Blind of Ireland and donated blood throughout the year for the Irish Blood Transfusion Service as well as participating in the Depaul’s annual Presents for All Appeal at Christmas.

 

Crowe recently announced their 2019 charity partners. Staff have chosen LauraLynn as the firm’s main 2019 charity partner. We will be working closely with them throughout the year on a number of different events and activities in order to raise awareness, provide funding and lend our support in any way we can.

 

We are also delighted to be continuing our support for the Irish Cancer Society, and will be fundraising again this year for UCD RFC for their annual Daffodil Day appeal. Staff will maintain their commitment to donate blood for the Irish Blood Transfusion Service and after the success of our recent Children’s Book initiative we will look forward to working with the National Council for the Blind of Ireland (NCBI) on another project.
