In this video interview we talk to corporate finance trainee Priscila Silva, who trained as a solicitor in Brazil before moving to Ireland to learn English and then studying accountancy and ultimately staying on to live in Ireland to enjoy our weather!

Priscila talks about the open door policy with partners and how working alongside them has helped develop her skill set and grow her confidence.

Priscilla enjoys participating in the wide range of social events Crowe offers employees, which helps her connect with people from other departments and build up her network internally.
