In this video interview, audit trainee Aisling Kinsella talks about how employees get a more rounded experience at Crowe with the opportunity to work on projects end-to-end, rather than be pigeon-holed as they might in larger firms. She talks about the strong network of support she gets throughout the graduate training programme and the wide range of social activities the firm offers.

Aisling, who is a member of Crowe’s CSR committee, outlines the commitment the firm has to supporting local charities and how the staff-led initiatives are supported by partners in the firm. Finally, Aisling outlines how varied the backgrounds of trainees are, “there is a lot of diversity here which means that everyone can bring something different to the table.”
